Irmgard Lehmann is responsible for the smooth running of office operations at Kieger.
Prior to joining Kieger as Operations Manager ad interim, she worked for a multinational provider of serviced offices, business lounges and conferencing facilities, where she was responsible for 9 locations. Before that, having chosen to specialise in event management, she held various functions, such as Convention Sales Manager in a location and Team Leader for internal events at SwissRe in Zurich. She also worked for an international branding agency, as Office Manager and Assistant to management, ensuring a smooth “behind-the-scene” running of events. The early years of her professional life were spent in various areas of the hotel industry.
Irmgard completed her hotel and event management training in Germany and also holds a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in customer experience management and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in customer experience, as well as various certifications in team leadership.
