Pietro Visetti supports Kieger’s firm-wide sustainable investment framework and corporate social responsibility strategy.
With 3 years of experience in sustainability consulting and governmental policy making, he joined Kieger from Green Digital Finance Alliance, where he was the Programme Lead in the sustainability consulting team and a member of the Expert Advisory Group of PCAF’s Financing Towards Net Zero Building project. Previously, he worked for the European Central Bank as a Market Infrastructure Specialist, member of the environmental footprint task force for the EU Capital Markets Union. In addition, he brings further experience from having worked at the UN Environment Programme in Nairobi, where he supported the environmental economics division. During the early part of his career, he worked for boutique sustainability consulting firms such as Metabolic in Amsterdam and Altus Impact in Geneva.
Pietro holds a Master of Science in environmental economics from Wageningen University and Research (Netherlands) and a double Bachelor degree in business administration and international economics from the University of Roehampton (UK). During his Master of Science curriculum, he was one of the few selected students to be part of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology master label programme under the Climate Knowledge and Innovation Community.
