Thierry Pascault has been working in the financial sector for more than 35 years. He began his professional career as analyst in the New York investment bank White Weld & Co. and he subsequently moved to the management consulting firm Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he became a partner in 1984 and later Head of Financial Institutions France. In 1987 he co-founded the strategy consulting firm Telesis, which was taken over by A.T. Kearney in 1999. Henceforth, he became Managing Partner Financial Institutions at A.T. Kearney with responsibility for the regions EMEA and France.
Thierry Pascault graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris and holds an MBA degree from Wharton Business School, specialising in finance, capital market and international relations. In 2010 the former French Finance Minister Christine Lagarde appointed him Knight of the Legion of Honour.
