ESMO Conference 2016: Increasing number of choices for cancer

We attended the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Meeting from October 7-11, 2016 in Copenhagen.

International experts from different disciplines focused on finding treatment for cancer participated in the congress with 20522 attendees from 134 countries. The presentations showed significant advances in the areas of Immuno-oncology and targeted therapies but also better understanding of the development of drug resistance during treatment.
